Simpson encore 555 1 direction agitate?

My Simpson encore 55 only agitates in 1 direction & is also not collecting dirt/fluff in bag, instead leaving it in machine & on washing. How do I fix the problems?

Agitate problem is caused by cracked solder joints on main control board. Take board out, find cracked solder joints & resolder.
