Beko wm6143b not working?

Beko wm6143b washing machine Wash mode light stuck on and won't do anything, fills but that's it.
Manually drained and no blockage

Not going thru wash cycle properly, not rinsing and all spins are slow so washing comes out wet

remove the filter and shine a torch in to the filter housing.Check the drain pump impeller rotates freely.Press and hold the start button in for 5 seconds to reset machine memory
