UNPLUG,TAKE LID OFF,REMOVE CONTROL PANEL[4SCEWS ON SOAP DRAWER]UNDO 3SCREWS ON TOP OF FRONT PANEL,UNDO WIRE/PLASTIC CLIP AROUND DOOR SEAL AND PULL SEAL AWAY FROM FRONT PANEL'UNDO 3 SCREWS AT BOTTOM OF PANEL,UNDO INTERLOCK SCREWS[DOOR LOCK] REMOVE PANEL. UNDO BLACK CLIPS SECURING FRONT OF DRUM AND EASE OFF.[SOME CABLE TIES MAY NEED CUTTING,BE CAREFUL NOT TO CUT WIRES AND REPLACE THEM AFTERWARDS]THE ELEMENT CAN STAY IN PLACE. UNDO SCREW ON THE BACK PANEL COVERING THE PULLEY.REMOVE BELT,SECURE PULLY FROM TURNING USING SOMETHING THAT WONT DAMAGE THE PULLEY[WOOD,BRASS] BETWEEN THE SPOKES AND DRUM. UNDO NUT ON PULLEY,THIS MEY NEED A KNOCK WITH A HAMMER ON THE SPANNER. UNSCREW PULLEY.REMOVE DRUM.[YOU MIGHT NEED TO REPLACE NUT ON SHAFT AS NOT TO DAMAGE THREADS AND KNOCK IT THROUGH WITH A BRASS DRIFT.PUT A PIECE OF WOOD[4X2] BETWEEN THE FRONT OF THE DRUM AND THE CROSS MEMBER TO MAKE THE DRUM DEAD.KNOCK THE BEARINGS OUT USING THE DRIFT AND HAMMER,INSIDE BEARING FROM BACK ,SEAL WILL COME OUT WITH IT.REMOVE BACK BEARING FROM FRONT. PUT MEW BEARINGS IN MAKING SURE THEY ARE GREASED AND TAP THEM IN AROUND THE OUTER RACE AS NOT TO DAMAGE THEM. REPLACE NEW SEAL[IMPORTANT AS THIS CAUSED THE FAILURE ]CLEAN SHAFT ON DRUM ,GREASE AND SLIDE THE DRUM BACK IN PLACE.REVERSE PROCCESS MAKING SURE THE PULLEY NUT HAS BEEN DONE UP REALLY TIGHT! A DROP OF NUT LOCK ADVISED. THAT SHOULD DO YOU, GOOD LUCK!
