steamworks steam generator not working?

Hi,,
I have a "Steamworks" steam generator Model G-1030ST, which has stopped working. I've checked the fuse, which is a 13Amp, & it's OK. Any thoughts on what the problem could be, before I start stripping it down.........which may be a waste of time.
