flashing filter light on steamworks steamgenerator?

the filter light on my steamwork steamgenerator is flashing i have replaced the filter but the light is still flashing help!

Sorry I can't suggest a solution Rachel but just to say my steam generator is doing exactly the same! Not sure if this means the entire unit is faulty!
