Stannah Model 260 No Green light seems dead but beeps of charging station?

Hi I have an issue with this chair lift, the green arm light does not light, batteries have been changed, and they are charged (checked with meter).

If I manually move the chair off the charger it will sit and beep but not respond to the chair controls

If I manually move the chair off the charger the remote will operate the chair up or down beeping as it goes.

There are no error leds lit, 9 flashes indicating correct software operation.

Manually clicking all stop switches on foot rest and side impact areas produces a “click” on operation.

Stuck now, the wife tells me it just stopped when she travelled down on the chair, and does not report anything funny happening on that journey (at least nothing she is admitting too)

Is there a master reset or am I missing something obvious hear?

hi there.....the white isolator switch front of carriage below seat pad is the reset switch on the 260 model...also my experience with any stair lifts if the remotes operate the stair lift but will not work from chair arm pcb the fault lies between the wire loom connection under seat to the arm pcb [wires in the loom under seat can also can break overtime when swiveling at top of stairs]...first check wago plug connections from main pcb[carriage] chair loom and work your way up to chair arm...........let us know how you get on..........paul,,,portsmouth uk
