my sister has a bosch dishwasher model SRV43A23GB/16 and the spray arms have stopped rotating ive checked them because when this happened with my hotpoint dishwasher it was the seals that had gone but her bosch spray arms dont contain seals they just plastic could it still be those that need replacing
Check that all the holes on top & underneath both spray arms are clear and not blocked. If holes are okay then there may be insufficient water pressure coming from the wash pump to make the arms move around. If that is the case then you will need to remove the wash pump (major job) and repair it if parts are available. Probably best to call a service company to advise & do that job.

i think so the water still comes out of the spray arms but they dont go round
