How can I remove the drun from a hoover easy logic?

to remove the inner drum in the Logic series first remove lid and back panel followed by support panel where water valves are attached, at this stage inspect the aluminium back half for pitting etc, if it looks poor it will not be economical to repair even if you can source spares,if ok you will see a ring of 10mil nuts/bolts undo these plus the wiring to element and stats making note where attached, on drum removal undo nut on pulley and drift out the shaft,if it has any grooving its scrap, so in essence you need shaft bearings seal and back half
