how can I fix my simpson encore 555 washing machine ?

Simpson Encore 555 washing machine was working fine, but when I went to see if a load was finished the machine was off, but full of water. I tried to turn it on, but nothing happened - no lights came on - no power. I checked the power by plugging it in to a different power point ( one that I know was working ) but nothing happened. I took the wet clothes out, but the machine is still full of water. What can I do?
