My washing machine doesn't stop filling with water. When I use the drain & spin or rinse and spin, it seems fine, how can I or is there someone who can help me.
My simpson appears to work perfectly.
However at the end of the cycle the agitator hasn'd done any washing and the spin dry hasn't done anything.
Otherwise it fills and empties and all the lights etc go through the proper sequence.

How can you what? You don't give any details on your knowledge or ability to repair things or even if you have tools to do the job. If you are capable of performing some repairs yourself and have some tools then let us know and I can give you some ideas what to check. If not then you have to phone your local repair service. Again, we don't know where in the world you live. Sorry.
