Mend GBC Ultima 65 Running Reverse Help

Ultima 65 running in reverse?

Thank you Bob Haller for your help. We ordered the new membrane today and hopefully this will be the fix. Just one other question, what corrodes on this machine, the contacts on the board or the membrane itself?
