my bosch condensing tumble dryer keeps stopping and showing filter blocked?

My bosch condensing tumble dryer keeps showing blocked filter
I have cleaned out the bottom and top filters and the only way I can make it work is to leave the bottom filter open a little bit. Also water does not collect in the container
