How can I fix my Bosch Classixx WTA 3003 tumble dryer?

Everything is working but there is no heat. I empty the fluff filter regularly but I've noticed there is some fluff further down in the filter that I cannot get to and it's been building up. I haven't got my manual any more. Is there something I should be doing to maintain the machine on a regular basis?
