Mend Bosch WTE84307 Tumble Dryer Filter Light Cleaning

How can I fix my Bosch Exxcel Tumble-Dryer, WTE84307?

My Bosch Exxcel Tumble-Dryer keeps stopping after displaying the Filter light. I keep the filter inside the door clean. I've also pulled the filter at the bottom(beneath the door) out and cleaned what ever I can see visible. There's quite a bit of water around both filters. What should I do?
