Mend Hoover VHC392T Tumble Dryer Fault

How can I fix my Hoover Vision HD VHC392T?

My Hoover Vision HD VHC392T has a fault. The filter is clean and the water collector drawer is empty, but when I turn the machine on, it keeps stopping and showing that the water drawer is full. It only spins for about a minute before it stops.
Please advise
