Mend KitchenAid Superba Machine Cycle Changed

Why won't my washing machine agitate?

I have a kitchen aid superba washing machine that will not agitate. The machine does go through the spin cycle correctly. We have changed the dog ears, the drive cam and the motor coupling. What else could it be? Please help!
