how to replace my driver belt on whirlpool awz7913?

mine has snapped but cant fit the new one, i cannot get it on to the pulley please help im desperate

Anybody got diagram on how to fit drive belt , please as the pully there are two wheel together one slightly higher than the other ,they a re encased in a metal frame and they do not come apart,the belt has to thread through these,thanks
