Mend GE Ge Dryer Belt Change

GE Dryer : Belt change?

Does anyone know how to open a GE dryer and replace the belt? I've taken out all the screws, but the panels won't come off.
Once I hjave the panels off, I'm a little concerned about how to route the belt around the drum and pulley (do I need a diagram for this?)

Any help appreciated!
