Mend Maytag Dishwasher Second

Maytag Dishwasher built in?

I am trying to replace the drive belt on this machine and it is so tight I cannot get it over the second pulley. Any help on this one?

Here is the answer after much frustration and trying to stretch this belt on the diswasher. It finally clicked. I boiled the kettle and poured it into the sink, then I dropped this poly belt into the water for a little bit. I then took it out put it on and it went on quite easily. Why didn't I think of this before?
