Mend Maytag SAV2655AWW Washing Machine Water Pump Motor

How to replace belts on my sav2655aww maytag?

I am having the same problem. I am needing to replace the belt, but it looks as though the water pump is connected to the pulley/spindle the belt goes on under the motor. Can anyone please help me!!!!!

there are three screws that attach that pump assembly to the motor. You need to use an allen wrench to remove those screws and then you should have no problem getting the belt on.
