Mend Whirlpool AWZ 220 Tumble Dryer Heater Element No Heat

Whirlpool AWZ 220 Heater element or thermostats faulty?

I have replaced the heater element once before about 3 years ago. Again the dryer has stopped producing heat yet it still rotates.

Cosmetically the heater element and thermostats still look as good as new. How can I tell if the heater element is faulty or the thermostats?

What else could stop the machine from producing heat?

By using a test meter. A multimeter set on ohms range.
