Mend Philips Main Switch Button

How can i fix my tv its an old philips not sure what make sorry?

How can i fix my philips tv its an old one but weve had it for years but now when we try to turn it by the wall (main switch) The stand by button will come on yet when we press the on/off key on the remote theres still no picture. Help plz
