Piaggio X9 250 Honda Engine?

Hi,
Help anybody.
Any Einstein out there.
This problem started when not used scooter for 5 month.
Always in garage never had this problem before.
Switch on with key all lights on, everything works start engine fine, just move 10 yards, panel out all light out no indicators no brake lights engine still runs.
Went for spin, all is fine but no brake/indicators/side/head lights.
Back home stop engine by side stand.
That's it will not start again all lights and panel out.
Checked the followings:
Battery 12.7 volts battery 12 month old.
Side stand stop switch ok.
Service reset button pressed but cannot get rid of 2 service flashing on dashboard, oil and service done last year.
Mileage 27880.
Checked leads to control panel pulled out used contact cleaner then back in.
Check all relays pulled out then back.
On main key switch used contact cleaner where key goes in.
Still nothing on panel.
Left overnight all comes on and starts.
Happened now 4 times same problem sometimes went for 10 miles spin all ok.
Spent well over 3 hours to find problem, no luck.
Will give anybody with the right an answer via paypal a token of appreciation of £10.00.
