Mend Sky box Great Worked Fine

Sky box, great pic but no sound!!!?

Before went on hol, system worked fine, now no sound when using sky box to receive tv freeview signal. (TV sound functions fine if sky box off and I watch a dvd etc).
I have unplugged sky, but still no sound at all. Picture quality is still excellent.
Any ideas?

Check that the scart lead is pushed fully home

check all leads to the sky box, scart/ hdmi . leads , and to the back of the tv,make sure all leads are in all the way and tight,, try that first..
