Also have a similar problem. So far changed flow control valve assembly and control pcb. Did make it work for a week, but then back to normal. I suspect low water pressure but need to investigate further. I have already spent loads trying to fix - cheaper to replace. This thing is great when it works, but too complicated for it's own good! Some good advice on the Shower Doctor site. If it looses it's memory, you need to recalibrate - easy to do, look at page 20 of the installation guide. If you decide to get rid, I could use the parts.
