My sky hd box has stopped receiving all channels, message ‘your sky + box isn’t getting a satellite signal’, tells me to press yellow button to fix but doesn’t. On setting signal drops to zero. However, when switch to channel which is receiving, signal strength back to normal. Have tried software upgrade and hidden sky hd + rebuild. Any ideas please?
Check the dish is pointing the right way and is not obstructed. Check the car(s) is/are not cut, kinked or trapped. The LNB may have failed.
If you are paying $ky through the nose for TV, rather than getting Freesat for -er- free , shouldn't they fix their kit?
