Accenta 8 mini alarm fault?

We had our roof replaced recently, and the alarm (Accenta 8) became faulty while they were doing the roof. I suspect you are going to say that they have damaged a wire or something. There is no wiring (as far as I am aware) anywhere near the roof or attic space.The downstairs panel is showing power light (red) and tamper light (red), I am a mechanical engineer by trade, so am ok with electrics to a certain degree. I have checked all the fuses on the main board, all fine, power supply to main board is fine, battery is showing it is fine (and battery was replaced with a genuine one 8 months ago as that went faulty). Any help or suggestions appreciated.

Your not going to fix it yourself are you.
Teach you to mess with something you do not understand.
Dig deep, pay someone.
