how to fix scantronic 9751 K01 Tamper reset?

hi guys, cant seem to reset my Scantronic 9751 system it keeps showing K01 Tamper reset no matter how many times i key in my code. the keypad was not tampered with or anything - the mains kept tripping due to an electrical appliance fault which caused alarm to keep going off! i kept resetting each time but am now stuck with this fault.
any help would be appreciated

the standby battery in the end station needs replaced but be aware if you remove the cover u will cause a tamper and may require the engineering code to reset i take it u have not had the system serviced so you may have keyed in the pin too many times in any case u need the engineering code to reset try key in ur pin number and press the tick
