Mend Miele G675SC Water Not

Miele G675SC Water not heating?

Miele G675SC. Programme runs through but water not getting hot and soap dispenser not opening, so dishes do not get clean. Could this be an element problem and if so how do I replace it and where would I get a spare part from?

Unlikely to be the element.
For both of these 2 faults to happen at the same time, the pressure switch connected to the main wash pump is not operating.
It could be because
Not enough water is getting to the machine
A faulty or blocked pressure switch
A blocked wash pump not creating enough pressure
