Mend Miele G665SC Dishwasher Cold Wash

Miele G665SC dishwasher only washes with cold water?

the dishwasher works but does not heat the water.Only does wash with cold water!

Miele Miele G665SC Kitchen Appliances, Dishwashers Dishwasher Cold Wash

The element tube is behind the left hand panel. There is a thermostat attached. Check it for continuity or see if it's one that has a re-set button on it.
Does the detergent flap open? If not, the machine might not be getting enough water in( to heat or open the box).
