You need to ground the battery by pressing one of the "prongs" that sit beneath the battery to the reverse or '+' side. Found it on another forum and it worked for me. I gently pushed the prong up with a cocktail stick and touched it to the + side then put the battery back in as jormal and it started to work.

after installing the battery you have to touch 2 special places with a metal piece to get it going.
