keycode accepted but not working?

Hi
disconnected battery, to do some welding work. Reconnected battery, entered code, which I have in the owners manual, but I keep getting a message to wait 30 mins, this counts down to zero, then I'm asked for code again, and again, and again... please help

Have you got the serial number of the radio John, if so, post it and I can check if you have the correct code.
