Mend Amcor HD320 Water Runs Running

dehumidifier does not extract much water?

amcor dehumidifier model hd320
sounds fine and runs ok but after running for 10 hours
not much water is in the collection tank, perhaps 1 ltr
but windows still have condensation on them.
does it need a service if so where?
