Mend Ferroli Modena 102 Combi Boiler

whats wrong with my ferroli modena 102 combi boiler?

Boiler not running _no heating or hot water. Fan not working, willnot lite .water at 1.5bars . Showing lockout light and fault light 5.tried resetting nothing runs or attempts to. Any ideas

Re checked everything but now if take off casing boiler and call for heating/water it will ignite soon as casing on boiler stops .

Check fuse on PCB may be dry joints on PCB ,switch of from main few time see that works 3amp fuse on supply
