not power up?

Not sure what is up with my L301 camera.. first thought perhaps i had spilt vodka and coke on it... But not sticky. After reading on here.. i guess i had dropped it. Was very VodKa'D up and can not remember. I press the power button and nothing happens... have also tried pressing both the power button and play button but to no success. I have it on charge at the moment. (only fully charged it yesterday evening.) Tried giving it a slight wak... trying not to fall into frustration in case i take it to far and bugger it up more. Any more ideas i can try? I am so gutted :0( Many thanks in advance
