Mend Sukida 50cc Electrics Start Battery

no electrics?

i have just bought a sukida 50cc(4stroke) and it wont start , kick start goes down ,got compression and spark but its as if the battery is dead all the time even when its charged. checked the fuse and earth wires ect all look ok ,and theres power to ignition ,but no lights ,horn ,indicaters ect ,,nothing ,its 07 plate 1,200 miles and im confused!!!!

you do not say if you've checked that clean fuel is getting through, is the spark plug wet with fuel after trying to start? not much else it can be except ignition timing or valve clearances which tighten up on these motors due to poor quality valve material.
