Mend Aprilia Checked Stripped Cleaned

aprilia won't start?

Already checked (as far as I know) the entire bike over all electrics are replaced,carbs stripped and cleaned, compression seems ok but can't find the fault even tried bump starting on a fully charged battery

is plug sparking. if yes try pouring a bit of petrol down plug hole. then fit plug. try starting.
