my aprillia rs 125 bumps but wont start of the electric start?

recently got an rs 125 and for the first few times it started then on the third day it started of the electrics died because the choke was on and now wont start of the electrics but it bump staarts and runs fine i,ve checked all tha fuses and bought a new battery but thats fine to all nice and connected i,ve checked what wireing i can. can you help
