Hi,

Keiran, you say the bike runs ok but the electrics don't work. Does this mean that all your ancilliaries such as lights, horn are not working, if so check your fuses.
If you're actually saying that since fitting your new battery there is no power and hence the bike doesn't run, then you should still check the fuses. Also check cables and wires for breaks (continuity check) and make sure your new battery is fully charged and ready for use.
