Mend Peugeot Speedfight 100 Running Told Needed

speed fight 100 electrics?

i've brought a speed fight 100 which was running with a jump start. was told it needed a new battery, first few days i kicked started it fine, then this wouldn't work. put a new battery on, and still no spark, and the immobiliser is off. any ideas
