settings?

Hi I am have trubble getting my sukida to start with a new battery an was thinking maybe the carb settings are off the the spark gap not ok it will start off a bump 2nd gear but also she will rev up but when I pin the throttle wide open she wont seem to pick up just stays around 20-25 mph and she will not idel by her self I have to get the revs on a tiney bit shes cunning up 3 but bought her bout a moth ago the problem. Started 2wk of haveing her hope U can help its the phranah model thanks
