Opening my computer?

I dont knows my username and password to open the computer. can you help me with this problem?

Computers, Desktop PCs Opening Open Help Problem

Boot in safe mode (go to bios on boot and tell it to boot in safe mode) when up you should just bypass the welcome screen so you should then be able to go to user accounts and disable password protect then reboot normally and it will boot.
