Mend Eurovox Problem Help Open

having problem with firmware for my eurovox can you help?

hi i have downloaded new firmware to my computer from 4 shared but when i try to open it . it says it can not open it. i have tryed opening it in winrar file but just says its unable to open tbn files were am i going wrong .does anyone know what file i need to download to access this firmware ??
