Requires “old” forgotten password to change password?
Elderly Zoostorm desktop will not start up. Simply shows a screen informing me I need to change my password. But to do so it requires my “old” password and I am unable to remember this. How can I circumvent this issue please?

Precisely what is it you are trying to sign into?
Operating system? The PC itself at BIOS level? Some other application? Which one?
