my system usb ports are detecting the usb but not opening?

well recently i disconnected all the wires of my pc and then changed the position of my system and after connecting all the wires properly i started my computer but my system is no more opening devices which im connecting like usb drives but its getting detected by my system...my usb mouse and keyboard as well as my printer is all borking fine..my bluethhoth devise as well but speacially card readers and all my pen drives doesnt open only get detected .....so plz can anybody help me out with this problem....?
