Mend SL8 System Gone Out

i own a sl8 alarm system my power indicator lights have gone out ?

the actual buttons on the keypad are lit up but there is no noise coming from them when pressed,the alarm does not function.could this be a fuse problem.

i would check to make sure all the buttons are ok and not stuck down as somtimes happens. this will cause the problem you are getting

it could be many things,but i would check the fuses in the panel,and the mains fuse in the spur unit,
take care mains are present in the alarm panel,take fuse out of the spur unit before you open the panel
