Mend Optima XL6 Moved House System

fix my Optima XL6?

I have just moved house and have no manual for my Optima XL6 and after carpet fitters visit the system has gone onto tamper...........how do I clear the tamper setting myself so as to avoid costly call out charges?

hello,
the problem there seemes to be there wires could of been damaged under carpets i suggest lifting up the carpets to check any wires are damaged torn if not then check all pir's (sensors) bellbox(out side alarm) on the control panel check for any loose wires if thats not the case maybe changing the battery i recomend a texecom battery if theres no diffrence maybe calling an alarm engineer thanks
