Mend Peugeot 306 2L HDI Meridian Working

hier i have peugeot 306 2l hdi meridian the a/c and heater stopped working taken fan out was working ok then it just stopped i have checked fuses relays all ok also fan out to test it works when not connected to what looks like some kind of resistor,any 1 got ant ideas i have also got replacement fan fom breakers but it the same.
