Mend Electrolux Z4705 Vacuum Cleaner Motor

Electrolux Z4705 - very noisy?

I checked brush roller but no problems seen.
I removed belt but still very noisy and I noticed lots of blue sparks from motor, apparently coming from brushes.
Should I change the brushes?
