This Electrolux model was only sold for the year 1997/8 I believe...

If the fault is intermittent cutting out then it may be the cord at the plug-end - cut the plug away with about 6" of cable and fit a new plug.

A very common fault on ALL vacuum cleaners is a broken wire inside the cable - from constant tugging - the wires stretch and one of them eventually breaks.

You'll be very lucky to find what you want...

You could draw it yourself on the back of an envelope - power cord - on/off switch - overheat cut out - motor - possible branch to convenience outlet for any powered accessories.
